An
area of Drum Farm to the south of Grahamsdyke Road, opposite the
Drum housing development was designated as suitable for development
of a Prestige Business Park:-

1995)
"The District Council will support the development of a Prestige
Business Park, reserved for Class 4 uses (as defined by the Town
and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Scotland) Order 1989) at Drum
Farm (Opportunity BUS1 ) as identified on the Policies, Proposals
and Opportunities Map."
In a recent review this proposal has been overturned and it is
proposed to re-designate the identified area as Green Belt.
